Welcome to Allpoints Painters and Decorators Ltd.
My name is Yasmin Reeves, and I am the proud founder of the award winning company Allpoints Painters & Decorators, which I established in 2011. From the very beginning, my mission was clear: to offer a professional, high-quality, and bespoke painting and decorating service in Kent that goes beyond what most people expect.
My passion for painting started as a hobby—over the years, I painted my own home, transforming spaces into something I truly loved. However, like many people, I found that life often got in the way of achieving my dream home, and the time and effort it took to make everything perfect was overwhelming. During this time, I also realised there was a significant gap in the market: I was searching for a female painter and decorator to help bring my vision to life, but couldn't find any. It dawned on me that women in the trades, especially painting and decorating, were underrepresented. This realisation became the driving force behind the creation of my company, and I set out to fill this gap.
Fast forward to 2025, and Allpoints Painters & Decorators is now a well-established and trusted name in the industry. Over the years, I've continuously honed my skills and expanded my knowledge. I completed a Level 3 NVQ in Painting and Decorating, which has been crucial in refining the quality and craftsmanship of the services we provide. But I didn't stop there—my mission has always been to push the boundaries of what a painting and decorating business can offer. In 2018, I set up a workshop in Rwanda, teaching painting and decorating skills to local people, empowering them with the knowledge to pursue their own careers in the trade.
I've also had the opportunity to teach painting and decorating at both a college and a prison, which has been incredibly rewarding. These experiences not only allowed me to share my expertise, but they also gave me the chance to inspire others and create a positive impact on their lives.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, I'm proud to say that Allpoints Painters & Decorators has been voted “Best Business” in the Medway area for 10 consecutive years. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my incredible team, who share my passion for delivering the highest quality service to every client.
Together with my team, we specialise in both residential and commercial projects. From redecorating homes to handling larger commercial contracts, we take pride in each and every job. One of the highlights of our career was being fortunate enough to work on the royal barge of the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2018—a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will always remember.
As a woman in the trade, I am proud of the path I've carved and continue to lead with a commitment to quality, innovation, and inclusivity. My journey is a testament to the idea that passion, hard work, and determination can break down barriers and create opportunities where they may not have existed before.

As a hobby I always decorated my own home but, like many, life can get in the way of creating your dream home. I longed to save some valuable family time, by finding the right trades-person in my home to complete the painting for me. I was looking for a female painter and decorator but struggled to find any. I felt that woman trade services were under-represented. This was the starting point of my company being formed.
Fast forward to 2023 and I am pretty much a well-established company. I have since completed a Level 3 NVQ in Painting and decorating, set up a painting and decorating workshop in Rwanda, and taught painting and decorating in a prison and a college. On top of all of that, I have been voted “Best Business” in the Medway areas for 7 years running!
My team and I work in residential and commercial properties. We were fortunate to be able to work on Late Queen Elizabeth II’s, royal barge in 2018!
Yasmin has been in the painting and decorating industry for the last fifteen years. She is attentive to detail and a perfectionist. She will oversee all projects undertaken by the team. She has a wealth of knowledge in project management and has ran a painting workshop in Rwanda, Africa. She has also taught her qualified skills in a Young offenders institution and CAT C prison.
Zoe previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director at Veetee Group, bringing over 25 years of administrative expertise to “Over to Me.” She specialises in senior diary management and event coordination. Zoe is known for her exceptional organizational skills and thorough approach to her work, consistently delivering outstanding results. Steven started his career in 2010 as an apprentice and achieved his painting and decorating qualification in 2012. He gained valuable experience working on a variety of projects before joining Allpoints Painters. He is a valuable asset to the team.
Kathryn began her journey in the painting and decorating trade in 2024. A naturally creative and passionate individual, she consistently strives for excellence in every project she takes on. She has quickly developed strong prep skills and is now honing her expertise in final finishes. Kathryn has already come a long way in a short time and continues to grow as a talented and dedicated decorator.

Tiah qualified as a Painter & Decorator in January 2025 through a hands-on apprenticeship. Since then, she has demonstrated strong commitment to her craft, consistently producing work she can be proud of. Known for her reliability and keen attention to detail, Tiah approaches every project with care and professionalism — qualities that make her a valued part of the team..

Saga Group Ltd.
One of our new clients in Folkestone, Saga Group Ltd, has recently begun reoccupying their office space following an extended period of remote working since 2022. As the company transitions back to a more dynamic, in-person work environment, there has been a renewed focus on revitalising and enhancing the workspace with newly painted and decorated walls.
I have been commissioned to assist with this transformation, primarily by creating a series of vibrant feature walls designed to bring energy, colour, and inspiration into the office. These design elements are tailored to reflect the company’s culture and values, contributing to a more engaging and welcoming atmosphere for returning employees.
It’s been a pleasure to support Saga Group in making their office a place that fosters creativity, collaboration, and renewed enthusiasm for workplace life.
We’re proud to have been entrusted with the exciting opportunity to repaint two blocks at Brompton Barracks in Chatham. With the historic Royal Engineers Museum just nearby, the location carries significant heritage — and we’re thrilled to play a part in its renewal. These worn-down buildings are about to undergo a striking transformation.
A stunning townhouse in West Malling was transformed with vibrant colours and striking wallpaper feature walls. The homeowner had a keen eye for styling, making each wallpapered area a true focal point.
